Returns and Refunds Policy
1.Cancellation Policy
-Prior to production: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before the CAD drawings are approved.
-After shipping: Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
2.Return Conditions
-To request a return, the item must remain in the condition you received it, unused, and in its original professional export packaging crate.
-Custom Orders: Please note that custom sculptures (made according to signed drawings) are generally non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or have significant deviations from the agreed-upon design.
3.Return Process
-To initiate a return, please contact us at info@scuipturepactory.com and provide your shipping order number.
-Do not ship the items back to the manufacturer without prior authorization.
4.Shipping Fee and Restocking Fee
-Defective/Damaged Items: If the items arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
-Customer change of mind (e.g., item no longer needed): The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs and will incur a 50% material cost fee.
5.Refund Timeline
-Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
