Shipping and Delivery
1.Shipping Costs and Installation
Our orders do not include shipping costs. We require you to provide the address to calculate the product price and shipping fee. Customers are responsible for unloading, moving, and installation.
2.Production and Delivery Time
-All of our products are not mass-produced by machines but are handcrafted by sculptors and made to order, which means we do not carry ready-made inventory. Production will commence after you confirm the design drawings, and the factory completes production and delivery.
-Standard Delivery: Production time is 35-40 working days, plus an additional 25-30 working days for shipping. The total estimated time is 60-70 working days. For expedited service, please inform us in advance.
3.Packaging and Shipping
-Packaging: Sculptures are packaged in fully wooden crates and protected with industrial-grade heavy-duty stretch film or EPE foam to prevent damage during shipping.
-Shipping Method: We utilize both sea and land freight. The final leg of transportation will be handled by a freight truck company.
4.Track Your Order
-Logistics Tracking Information: After the goods are picked up, we will provide a trackable tracking number. Please note that due to the courier needing to scan the shipment, the tracking information may take some time to update.
5.Acceptance Inspection
-Inspection: Please examine the package immediately upon receipt. Only sign for it if the package is undamaged. If there is any damage, please report it within 3 working days so that we can handle the matter properly. If you have signed for the package but we receive no damage report within 3 working days of the shipment’s receipt, we will assume the goods are in good condition.
6.Additional Charges and Responsibilities
-Storage and Redelivery Fees: If the customer is unable to receive the goods as scheduled, the customer will be responsible for any associated storage or redelivery charges.
-Storage Fees: If delivery cannot be accepted after approval, storage fees charged by the shipping company must be paid before further arrangements can be made.
-Delivery Restrictions: If delivery is not possible due to passage issues such as narrow streets, one-way roads, unfinished roads, or steep slopes, customers may need to pick up the goods from the carrier’s terminal.
